How can I place an order for a custom cake or desserts for my event?
Please call or E-Mail us to set up a phone consultation, in-person consultation, or a tasting. We discuss orders by-appointment only (no walk-ins). It is best to schedule your consultation or tasting at least 4 weeks before the date that you need the cake and/or desserts (more for weddings). This allows time to order any unique materials needed to complete your design. Also, keep in mind that we are a small bakery and can get booked early. There is a minimum order of $125 per event.

What can I expect at a Consultation or Tasting?
Consultation: Consultations are meetings where we will discuss the cake and/or desserts needed for your event. We will discuss flavors and design/decoration. Please bring any pictures, invitations, inspiration or ideas. Consultations typically last about 30 minutes. Consultations are free of charge, but you will not be able to taste any cake or filling flavors.
Cake Tasting: A Cake Tasting is a Consultation with the addition of tasting cake and filling flavors. A Cake Tasting costs $25.00. If your order is above $300, then the tasting fee gets credited toward your cake order, making it free. The Cake Tasting includes up to 3 cake flavors and 3 filling flavors to taste, in addition to tasting our buttercream and fondant (if requested). Tastings typically last up to 1 hour. Please bring any pictures, invitations, inspiration or ideas. I recommend no more than 4 people attend the tasting.

Do you have a retail store front? Can I walk in and purchase already made cakes and cupcakes?
At this time we do not have a retail store front, nor any pre-made cakes or cupcakes. We only do custom orders.

Do you deliver? Or can I pick up my order at your shop?
We are happy to deliver your order from Jupiter, FL to Hollywood, FL. A delivery charge will apply based on distance. Alternatively, you can pick up your cake order at our shop. Please see our contact page for location and directions.

Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan cakes?
At this time we are unable to make gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan cakes, cupcakes, or cookies. The chocolate truffles, panna cotta shooters, and homemade marshmallow squares are naturally gluten-free.

Can you tell me about payment?
We accept cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). When an order is placed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remainder of the payment is due one week before the event date. An order is not considered placed until the deposit is received.

What is your cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable regardless of when the order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled within one week before the event date, the balance is due in full even if the order is not completed. No changes can be made to the order within 2 weeks before the event date.

Do you provide cake stands or cupcake stands?
Yes, we do have a few pedestal cake stands, platters, and a cupcake stand that you can rent for your event. There is a rental fee of $10.00-$60.00, depending on the stand. The cake or cupcake stand must be returned to the bakery within 3 business days following your event. If it is not returned or if it breaks, you will be charged for 4x the rental amount so that we can replace the cake stand.
